Our national reliance on cyber & smart phones and the like for everything from bill payment to transportation strikes me as wholly unwise in light of the fact that *the NSA was breachable.* A resilient country would put fewer eggs into unsecured cyber baskets. cc:

It's not like we can turn back the tech clock. But, if we spend less on 20th century defense & more on cyber + reverse our imperial meddling around the world, we'll be in much better shape. Unfortunately don't see it happening soon.
