Paul Manafort is due in court at 1pm for his arraignment on the indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Virginia. Previous story on that: https://www.buzzfeed.com/zoetillman/another-federal-grand-jury-has-indicted-paul-manafort-and?utm_term=.jnn86NDXbB#.oyy6NZ48dO … He'll be at the courthouse in Alexandria, which is ... a frustrating place to be a reporter

What I would love is rules on what we can wear to the jail. Prince George's detention has just ruled we can't wear jeans to visit our clients!!! Wear can I wear an undewire, or a shell under a jacket?

What is the logic behind the jeans ban? Is it just for lawyers?
-
Yes. It makes no sense. It's just another stupid hoop to jump through.

the ultimate problem is the rule on cameras and recordings in the courtroom. Most state courts don't have these rules- ergo, they do not have cell phone bans.
