I think parallel construction has gotten totally out of hand, and the ease with which NatSec lawyers (there's a class video of Bob Litt doing the same) argue this is frightening from a due process standpoint.

That said, I recognize that the IRA indictment was a really tidy way to tell a story. Though I've pointed out repeatedly how little real intel it relied on. The hacking indictments, if they come, will be a far trickier story to tell.
