That board was anchored with 3.5" decking screws and he just sheared them off. Asshole. Other end of board is broken off under trim board, so that has to come down, too, and new board cut to length.pic.twitter.com/IcWq4cGiNB

Furthermore, that board isn't painted, so this is at least the second time he's pulled down board from that spot since stalls were rebuilt and painted in Dec., 2015.
