Depends how you read "leave Mueller .. permanently". If it means "a permanent institution to investigate white collar crime" then sure, but we already have that: the FBI. It's when it becomes "a permanent institution to investigate political candidates" that it gets uncomfortable

No. We don't have a permanent institution to investigate white collar crime. In fact, when a guy named Robert Mueller ran the FBI they let Felix Sater and his associates, including Donald Trump, go free.
