I think it's open for interpretation either way. Nunes is getting hell over the letter, but perhaps at the very least DOJ will provide clarification on what "verified/unverified" actually means.
Nah, it's not open. That Nunes has zero clue that informants of greater or lesser reliability provide intel for FISA apps every day means he should be ousted at HSCI.
