He still hasn't been arraigned on last week's E.D. Va. indictment.
Right: Monday arraignment on last week's EDVA. New charges on Friday (or maybe another jurisdiction, like CDCA), with arraignment the next week. I'm thinking ahead.

He accused Manafort of trying to mislead the bankruptcy court. And Reuters reported that the USAO in Los Angeles has been trying to get him to sign a plea and cooperation agreement.

But the Yohai act mentioned in the Manafort indictments involved NY apartment. And wasn't clear whether Yohai advanced the alleged deception or just acquiesced maybe.
