Yeah, I have yet to see a hammer as bad as you see in drug cases. W/Pap they still hadn't gotten call records before his interviews. And I've seen more dubious looking FISC orders, easily (including w/Gartenlaub, who's appealing).

I was reminded today of an 11th Cir. case in which the FBI knew that one of its informants in a wiretap application got his dirt through a pay-to-snitch scheme, the FBI left that fact out, said the informant was reliable, and the court's answer was basically whatever.

I rest my, err, uh, your case. There will be corners of this that look aggressive. The corner touching Trump's aides aren't that corner, IMO.
