      How do you feel abt McGahn's position? I keep arguing he's the one being targeted for obstruction, not Trump directly. And ... as I think you can attest, there is precedent.

      No he's not. Because you're never going to charge a POTUS with that. But you WILL charge a WHCO (or a press aide like Hope Hicks), as Dean can attest, with that.

      I think Trump is guilty of obstruction. But if he's named unindicted co-conspirator on that it'll just be gravy.
