Hate making assumptions—you seem to imply by “nor will he have to” that Mueller can “get” to Trump (i.e. force him to resign) by getting gj to indict t’s closest aides & family, maybe?
Or that any charges against him as unindicted co-conspirator will be far more substantial than obstruction.
