To be fair, she's just the worst FISC presiding judge in the modern (programmatic approval) era. I think Malcolm Howard should actually get the honor for approving programmatic to get old colleague Cheney out of pinch.
And Claire Eagan is also painfully bad. But I'll go to bat for Mosman and Saylor.
