You can have problems with FISA but still be clear eyed about the politics here.
What should a civil libertarian say when someone lies abt a FISA process he has the ability to change but chooses not to?

My view on the problems with FISA are not changed, nor do my comments reflect any inconsistency. Only someone who doesn't understand FISA would assume Page was treated any differently.
