No, the Virginia indictment didn't replace the DC one. (I think it may have superseded a previous EDVA indictment that had not been unsealed). Gates pleaded to a conspiracy charge and Manafort still faces one in DC.

little bit of column A and a little bit of column B. no way do people in this administration escape campaign finance laws AT LEAST. but yeah, i think the majority of charges will be conspiracy against the united states, money laundering, and related crimes.
