NYT twice tried to fact check @robjective's tweets about the Internet Research Agency. Both times they incorrectly treated the IRA activity described in the indictment as the entire universe of IRA activity.

In so doing, NYT made a really big analytical error. Understanding WHY Mueller picked the subset of IRA activity to include is a necessary step to understand the indictment (and may point to further criminal activity).
