We promote democracy in Russia? I respect you, but it’s hard to believe that anybody would seriously believe that “democracy promotion” was anything but a cynical veil.
There are those that promote democracy for those cynical reasons and those who do so because they believe in it and those receiving the aid who believe it really important.

As I've said repeatedly. And GOP trolling was far better funded and far more effectively implemented than the IRA stuff.
