This is VERY BASIC ANALYSIS. There is a known universe of FB IRA activity. Just a small part of that known universe of FB IRA activity shows up in indictment. Q should be ... why?

If it's the sign I'm thinking about, I think it helps further unambiguously establish the nature of the relationship between IRA and Prigozhin (who they call "boss"). But I don't disagree w/ Nancy's assessment that the indictment is pretty narrow in characterizing IRA activity.
