Probably stupid question: Most unaccounted for are appellate specialists. Would it be wrong to think they are just busy working on ways to defend against challenges to the work product of the others?
I wonder that myself. I doubt it. Dreeben is surely doing that (as well as his day job at SG). But the others probably have cases.
