Seems like they’re entering the phase where they manically entangle themselves in increasingly outrageous and unbelievable explanations (lies). It will get harder and harder for even the most fervent Trumpista to retain the faith. But those who can will be intractablly zealous.

When your defense is built on the fly to meet a constantly evolving narrative of lies, you have to make concessions. A memo that tells us that the dread dossier was immaterial becomes your “smoking gun” and another crime becomes your salvation. Such a low energy conspiracy. SAD
