I mean, to be VERY clear: I have no advance knowledge of who Wyden will get to lie in an open hearing. But as one of a very few who called Clapper's lie in real time, I've gotten pretty good at this.

Here's another thought though: The Treasury Department is part of the IC. Yet it never has to come testify to talk about the World Wide Threats that things like tax havens create. Why is that?
