@adamgoldmanNYT Seriously though, I think both articles made too little of the real rationale behind the effort. To me, that meant the NSA & CIA were attempting to "walk back the cat" in order to ID how, who, where & when the NSA toolkit got purloined.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better.
