Have we seen what Nunes’s subpoenas actually demanded? I know we saw what DOJ said they agreed to produce in general terms, but they didn’t specify dates.

Nunes’s Sept. 1 letter describes the subpoenas as demanding docs related to Steele, the dossier, and FISA apps using the dossier. If accurate, that doesn’t suggest to me that Nunes has access to all Mueller’s files. http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2017/images/09/06/nunesletter.pdf …

You're wrong. I can explain why later. But you are wrong.

Thanks for the reply, looking forward to it.

Remember that weird meeting with Rosenstein and Wray in Paul Ryan’s office on the deadline to turn over certain docs to Nunes? Ryan refused to help.

Yeah, but I’m looking for a precise description of what docs were demanded in the subpoenas since the subpoenas themselves haven’t been published. What I’ve found seems to refer to Steele-related docs rather than everything the OSC has. But interested to hear Marcy’s view.
