But the documents referred to in the above - are FBI documents that are not Mueller Investigation documents. But documents of the activities of the FBI itself (and in particular - documents that mostly would have been from BEFORE Mueller was even appointed).

Well yes there are FBI personnel (and others) on Mueller's investigation. But that does not give the FBI direct access to Mueller's investigation. And those agents are not supposed to be SHARING such with anyone in the FBI not part of that team. Nor the press.
