What the House is doing is according to their lawful authority, and is part of their lawful oversight of a very important question of agency abuse. Hillary, not so much.
OK. So why did they just vote to give this abusive agency more power to spy?

If you think the FISA court system is structurally prone to abuse b/c of secret unreviewable ex parte proceedings, and I do, then showing the abuses in this case would facilitate reform that would limit that authority.
