I think the most interesting things to track in the Nunes memo will be 1) who the memo targets 2) the inaccuracies in it about how the 702/FISA process is used, based on non-experts compiling the memo; and 3) what those inaccuracies reveal about intention

The people who wrote the memo SHOULDN'T be non-experts. They're key HPSCI staffers. That said, the staffers on HPSCI apparently aren't as smart about this as they should be, which is a big concern.
