In any case, IN ADDITION to journos asking Nunes et al why they just gave FBI more spying power if they believe it is abusive, they should also ask what Page was doing for the campaign in the weeks before the election, if indeed the campaign was targeted.

Omg this thread makes me more confused! If a FISA warrant application had been presented to a FISA court judge with incomplete info but was granted anyway & later proved to be necessary due to it was renewed, can the whole thing be thrown out?

With a FISA warrant any info gained on American citizens who are not under warrant to be surveilled is inadmissible in a court of law. That said anything they find out can be reversed engineered and shown as separate evidence.
