From everything we've seen so far, it seems like The Memo truly is about the FISA warrant on Carter Page. The claim being, apparently, that by obtaining a warrant on Page, the FBI was impermissibly targeting the Trump Campaign/Admin. The timeline makes this impossible. (1/10)
Actually not true but I'll explain why only after the Memo is out (otherwise your point is right on).
Well, all this is with the qualification being that's what The Memo really is about (which it's seeming like to me). And also pretending for that the FBI was guilelessly accepting Team Trump's claims about Page.
Pretty clear that's the central focus of it.
