I’m not a lawyer but I’m not drooling stupid either. She’s not in prison for 2 reasons. A. She’s Hillary Clinton and B. She was running against Trump. That’s the reality. End of story.

You would have supported FBI making an announcement on October 27 that a Trump aide had been offered dirt in the form of Hillary emails even before DNC responded to being hacked, then?

If they could prove it, absolutely. I do believe LE should be 100% removed from politics and care only about the law.
