The Republican FBI agents who said she shouldn't be charged were wrong? Do you think Petraeus should be in prison?

Petraeus did something far more egregious, even setting side the lies to FBI. Having not put Petraeus in prison there was no way they could do so w/someone who showed no evidence of BOTH mishandling classified info (what Hillary did) AND sharing it w/someone not permitted.

The latter is something Petraeus did but Hillary did not (again, ignoring his lies, another 5 year crime). Correct me if I'm wrong: but Petraeus decision came before Hillary?

Me. And Comey. Again, Petraeus = 3 crimes: 1) Mishandle classified info w/intent 2) Intent to share improperly 3) Lie Hillary = 2: 1) Mishandle classified info w/o intent 2) Violate FRA (which has no teeth)

With Hillary couldn't you make a solid case that her violating FRA was a fairly brazen attempt to circumvent the FOIA process? Isn't there some penalty for that?
