Comey isn’t in prison, so while it may be frowned upon it’s clearly not illegal, right?
No. He was keeping code word information in an unlocked desk drawer. One reason I raise Petraeus is bc his precedent has made all other CI cases more difficult. Would have made Hillary's totally impossible by comparison, even if her facts were not as bad as Petraeus.

And how many examples do you suppose I could produce of people having gone to prison for less concerning classified information?
-
I do this for a living. I can too, wrt Petraeus. But just 1-2 wrt Hillary.
-
So we’re arguing something you actually agree with me on. That’s just fucking stupid.
-
I'm pretty sure that we don't agree that the Petraeus case made a mockery of leak investigations, before and since.
-
You: “Patraeous should have gone to prison.” Me: “ok, they both should. Many have gone for less, right?” You: “Right.” Me: “So Clinton should be in prison right?” You: “No.” Lolololol.....
-
Petraeus did something far more egregious, even setting side the lies to FBI. Having not put Petraeus in prison there was no way they could do so w/someone who showed no evidence of BOTH mishandling classified info (what Hillary did) AND sharing it w/someone not permitted.
-
The latter is something Petraeus did but Hillary did not (again, ignoring his lies, another 5 year crime). Correct me if I'm wrong: but Petraeus decision came before Hillary?
