If Manafort DID change DC (is that true? Is that just bc it happened in the 1980s and not the 1990s?), it is at least worth noting that it has become a bipartisan affair, and both sides need to clean up to fix this part of DC's scumminess.
My friend Val grew up with Manafort in New Britain, Ct. In high school he asked her on a date. He came by to pick her up & chatted with her parents.Val had a nice time, but later that night, her dad, who'd waited up for her said, "Honey, I don't like that guy. You can do better."
Because it's just not the same if you can't blames both sides, amirite? I'm not aware of any evidence that Podesta or Davis committed any of the myriad crimes ascribed to Manafort.
Who cares about those two. What about Tad Devine?
