Speech and debate is very powerful protection. It's unclear where Nunes' actions on Transition fall--especially, for example, what infrastructure he used. I'd be really interested in hearing Jack's opinion on such things.

Example ∞ why I'd really like to know more constitutional law. To my unskilled eyes of the SCOTUS cases re speech and debate clause seem like they'd necessarily cover obstruction. IOW, I'd also be very interested in further comments by somebody with law chops.
