Quite a few thoughtful folks discussing whether Mueller now has enough to charge Trump with obstruction, along with my interjection that that's the wrong question to be asking. More to follow.

He must make a persuasive case that there's cause to continue the conspiracy investigation. How does he do that without tipping his hand?
-
Oh. I think he's about to roll out another cooperator who was aware of outreach to Russia, plus the superseding for Manafort (and Gates if Gates doesn't flip).
-
That's plausible. You mentioned elsewhere that it's early for manafort's superseding to give away the whole game, so I'm just trying to suss out the timing here.
-
I expect Mueller will start working his way through the people who lied in their testimony in the weeks before he rolled out the Papadopoulos plea. I think there are at least 2 who're in trouble.
-
Care to guess or rather not say? And thanks for your work on this.
-
Oh, I've got specific names in mind, based in part on other tea leaves. But I'd rather not say publicly. If Mueller is keeping it secret it's probably for good reason.
