Why tell Congress abt obstruction when 1) you've still got the actual conspiracy to investigate 2) investigating that conspiracy will lead to more obstruction.

Congress is not going to impeach off of obstruction. So Q is why Mueller has focused on laying out who was involved in obstruction before finishing the conspiracy case? Maybe to get more witnesses?

They've set a status hearing for Papadopoulos in 3 months, first status for Flynn isn't until next month (admittedly a few weeks), and reports that they've supersedings for Manafort & Gates that have Gates chatting up Meuller to flip.
