If you REALY believe Hillary's server was "gross negligence" (and some people really believe that in good faith) then releasing FISA information w/o letting FBI vet it first must be worth, what -- 10 years in the pokey?
That assumes FBI is not hiding or covering up something, right? And given recent sudden loss of text msgs may be overly generous to the FBI.
By all means, oversee FBI competently. Competent oversight might involve asking FBI how often consulting companies with problematic incentives provide the evidence for FISA orders. It happens a lot.
Let a special prosecutor vet the FISA abuses and missing text. Let a special prosecutor handle the standalone server. Then let them compare notes. This is a mess. How should we get out of it?
I'm glad we are finally getting a chance to see who supports truth, transparency and self governance versus those who support political gatekeepers, elitist establishment media and the illusion of democracy to acquire the acquiescence of the governed.
