I got in a Twitter spat w/a former DOJ lawyer claiming all defendants get notice of 702; she has since blocked me. It took me 36 hours to find defense attorneys from whom she had withheld material information.

Did Michael Flynn and Paul MANAFORT receive 702 notice?

Flynn would not in any case bc there won't be a trial. Manafort has not received any FISA notice, but his case isn't *yet* about such things. Papadopoulos also would not get notice bc no trial.
