Any bets on how long it'll be until someone "breaks" (they never ever credit my earlier reporting) the Tor exception, now that Congress just codified it? TBF it's usually 3 years. See you in 2021!

Yeah, particularly thankless this year as multiple DC privacy people kept saying, "We don't believe this is the domestic collection in question what would you know who reported it so we'll just keep pretending we don't know." Willful ignorance.
