      Actually I guessed what that was 4 years before Snowden. And I reported on back door searches in 2012. And have reported on the Tor exception that permits domestic collection this year.

      I mean I have a track record of describing what these things are well before other journalists claim to "scoop" them in the wake of reauth. Perhaps I have reason to believe that's true this time too?

      Show me where I said you didn't have reason to believe something about surveillance. I pointed out that Wyden, who unlike either of us has authorized access to classified information, tends to act as a human warrant canary. Dunno why you took this as an affront to your expertise.

      "Believe something"? It that how you refer to the things you've reported, just stuff "you believe"? I'M pointing out that those of us who have a track record of reporting this BEFORE "scoops" covered secret PATRIOT extensively in 2009.
