Possible. Tho thus far no committee has subpoenaed other witnesses for using precisely the same tactic (incl Sessions, Rogers, Coats, Rosenstein, and others).

True, but all of those people were required to testify for nominally different reasons. This is a current non-admin person called to testify specifically about previous goings on in the WH. The only reason he's there.
