Please read what I've actually written, then. What Simpson claimed is that the involvement was serial: Prevezon ends in June then DNC starts. Records make it clear Baumgartner was working on both AT SAME TIME.

Except it wasn't. It billed all the way through October.
The entire time Baumgartner was billing for DNC work, he was still billing for Prevezon work. Last Baker Hostetler payments were October 31.
