      I disagree. In general, and especially if he was doing emergency repairs after Trump's first tweet. But even if he was just whipping votes.

          While my hunch yesterday was he was at or on the phone w/ the WH, based on his absence from the repair stories, either 1) He was working on repairs, but WH ppl who spoke to the press left him out, or 2) He was whipping votes (and I didn't see any stories w/ details about that).
