      I enjoy reading @emptywheel but I wouldn’t write an explainer than solely relies on her analysis of 702 without also including critical who support the status quo.

      Again, everything in his targeting section is wrong. No objections to the rest (tho he doesn't talk about some of the real concerns). But the targeting section should be burned to a crisp.

          .@AshaRangappa_ is the only person I've seen from former govt who actually engaged w/more troubling aspects of the program in reasonable fashion. Tho Wray is trying to be more honest than past practitioners.
