If I had it my way, there would be more discussion of the overlap between Fusion GPS's involvement with Rinat Akhmetshin and Natalia Veselnitskaya, the two Trump Tower attendees. That's either the biggest coincidence in the world or hugely important to the dossier.

If the existence of that meeting somehow bled back to Christopher Steele, that raises two possibilities -- 1.) Trump Tower meeting attendees are lying even more than previously thought about what was discussed 2.) The events of the meeting are embellished in Steele's report.

What I got from it was not bleed between Steele and Prevezon cases, but that the Agalarovs were the prime movers on that meeting. And it's hard to understand. Why would the Agalarovs work so hard for Prevezon attorney/reps to get that meeting?

and as @emptywheel previously noted, it seems Rinat and Veselnitskaya left after 30 min meeting, and Kaveladze (and Goldstone) might have stayed longer. Kaveladze seems like he might have been main one on Russian side at the meeting.

Right. It's entirely possible that something shadier than we know was afoot. But I'm saying it's a huge coincidence either way if the TT meeting didn't somehow bleed back into dossier.

Agree. And that, plus the tie to the DNC meetings with FBI on the hack, are things dossier boosters don't want to talk about.

what was in the 'script about when they show Simpson Manafort notes from the meeting. Where did that info come from? Kaveladze?
