ya know, I'm pretty sure I've known you since the old DKos days, but I've just gotta say that, other than being a pissy contrarian, it's pretty baffling to figure out either the motivation behind, or the ultimate destination for, all of this this counter narrative rebuttal.

And as a simply procedural matter, it's interesting to me (I've had the pdf open in a tab since yesterday) that your screen shots carefully crop out even the line numbers. So it's virtually impossible to read for context unless one is 100% familiar with the entire text.

By "virtually impossible" you mean searching on the phrases in the screen cap is "virtually impossible"? I chose a cleaner screen cap because it's doable here. In a searchable document that in no way prevents you from checking my work.

So, not even remotely "virtually impossible." In fact, just as easy as searching on line numbers, and more efficient, too!

OK. For cases where "virtually impossible" intersect with "pain in the ass". But you don't seem to care about that, or allowing the context of what you're posting to be clear. Which makes it far, far easier to insist on only one set of "facts".

Please tell me how any other method of screen capping would make it easier for you to find this in the text? Short of replicating entire pages with page numbers?
