There are facts and then there are factoids. Nothing about the timeline of when the dossier became public changes any of the big picture.

IMHO if 2% The Steele doss. could be verified the public should've known,the concurrent FBI invest. shouldnt have been secret. Trump and his campaign basically waged asymmetric warfare against the hillary campaign and the rest of the country , we got caught with our pants down.
