  Comey had the rogue FBI Hillary Haters in NYC to counteract. Right now the unethical bunch is doing the same rogue thing in Arkansas using the field office filled with Hillary Haters to do a fascist type opponent attack. Comey wanted to mitigate the rogue FBI damage.
