Is Mueller pursuing an obstruction case only, or *both* obstruction and collision? I dearly hope it's both. When fighting for your life, always open with a full broadside volley.
It's not collusion, but yes he's pursuing a conspiracy case.
Good point. Collusion in and of itself isn't a crime, as I understand... of course, conspiracy to rig (and actually rigging) an election is.
Why is it that every time any Trump turns around, they trip over Russians? Hardly an innocent coincidence ....just too many of them.

Here's hoping Mueller has that answer....the sooner the better as things are moving all too fast.
In listening to @lawfareblog's podcast last week (https://www.lawfareblog.com/lawfare-podcast-special-edition-new-york-times-obstruction …), agree with @jacklgoldsmith in not expecting SC Mueller charges against Trump, but instead making case for Congress. Problem will be GOP-controlled Congress.
I'm agnostic about that. But I also think Trump could be named as an unidicted co-conspirator on some really nasty crimes.
Agree on unindicted co-con possibility. Just agree generally with Jack that unlikely to indict Trump for federal court trial. Think most legal minds believe any recourse must be Congressional impeachment & that is a concern b/c GOP-controlled.
