Graham fancies himself a foreign policy expert (I've heard him a number of times at CFR), so DoS might be in his daydreams. Don't think Sessions is going anywhere: he's a genuine co-conspirator & DJT will not want him wandering in the wilderness. Pruitt will cool his heels @ EPA.
