I’m a blind twitter user. There are a lot of us out there. Increase your ability to reach us and help us interact with your pictures, it’s really simple and makes a huge difference to our twitter experiance allowing us to see your images our way. Thanks for the description

It does look like the opt-in setting is synced between mobile and desktop, though. If you set in the Twitter mobile app, it gets set on Desktop, and vice versa.

I did set it.
@missknoxy follows me pretty closely so hopefully she'll nag me if it's not working as planned. Again, thanks for nagging on this--a worthwhile effort.

It doesn't look like it is available in tweetdeck yet. I've just had an itch for the longest time with screen-shotted text blocks and there is finally a way to scratch it. I'll continue bugging the journalists I follow :)
