Tough to say. They would have released when they did in any case. They were the logical times. Clear Guccifer 2.0 was coordinating with them tho, so coordination may have come that way.
The first one would have been really newsy bc it included Hillary speech extracts. But it was drowned out by the pussy grabber tape. It just included enough for the 4Channers to invent stuff about to the end of the election. Bet we'll learn there was coordination there too.
