Curious where you see extreme left as a problem? The vacuum Putin is filling is one created by failed centrist ideology (Iraq War, Wall Street crash). Centrism is not going to fix that w/o an accounting.

And your suggestion is that that's something you find on an invented far left? Btw, don't experts need to be held accountable for failures to be considered experts?

Absolutely, they should. That doesn't mean entire professions or fields of study should be discounted in favour of unqualified podcast hosts who tell us things that are fun and easy.
